Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Starting a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@modevera.co.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away.

Photo and/or video proof is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect item claims. Claims submitted without visual evidence will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Change of Mind / Other Reasons

If a return is requested for reasons other than damage, defects, incorrect items, or realistic quality issues (including change of mind or unknown reasons), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, as shipping fees are high.

Undeliverable Packages Due To Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified details:

  • Our team will contact you via the email provided to resolve the issue
  • If there is no response within 90 days, the order will be considered abandoned

In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Double check your address before placing the order. If you've already ordered and suspect an error, contact us immediately.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

For clothing items, returns are only accepted if the product is completely unworn and unwashed.

If there is any size or quality issue, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
